Aramid Sleeves

Aramid sleeves are high-performance protective sleeves woven from aramid fibers (mainly para-aramid). Their core advantages include high temperature resistance, wear resistance, insulation, and light weight. They are mainly used for protecting cables, pipelines, mechanical components, etc., and are suitable for industrial scenarios with high temperatures and complex wear conditions.

Core Characteristics

Material and Craftsmanship:
The mainstream is woven with Aramid 1414 (para-aramid). Some products add flame-retardant coatings or are compounded with other fibers, and the weaving density can be adjusted according to protection requirements.

Key Performance:
Long-term temperature resistance ranges from 200℃ to 380℃, short-term can withstand high temperatures above 500℃. It has high tensile strength, non-conductivity, and resistance to acids, alkalis, and chemical corrosion.

Core Advantages:
Compared with traditional metal or rubber sleeves, its weight is only 1/5 to 1/3. It has good flexibility for easy installation, no plastic deformation before fracture, and higher safety.
