1. Raw material information verification
Before raw materials are stored in the warehouse, the materials need to be inspected and recorded, including information such as production batch number, receipt time, production date, product name, specifications, color, quantity, and so on.
2. Raw material quality inspection
After receiving the raw materials, a spot check must be conducted on the current batch. The sampling rate must reach 75%. If the sampled materials do not meet the standards for specifications, color, quantity, strength, or appearance with a pass rate of at least 95%, they cannot be stored in the raw material warehouse.
